No firmware found. no supported kill alarm

Hi,
My machine has stopped running. the console in my UGS 2.0 nightly programme says it is connected but I don’t have the option to unlock and home the machine. If I click on unlock an error comes up “no supported kill alarm lock method for this version”
I’ve tried restarting the UGS and the computer but this has done nothing.
Has anyone any ideas?
Thanks, John

Literally just had this happening to me today. Haven’t used the machines for months but everything looks perfect so I’m puzzled. Wondering if a windows update has boned things? With heaps of restarts and power cycles I managed to get in a zero calibration but now back to the same issue. Also getting loads of trash in the console of UGS. example:
$131 = 1750.000 (Y-axis maximum travel, millimeters)
$132 = 89.000 (Z-axis maximum travel, millimeters)
ok

$G

ok
